These female dog diapers are reusable. Machine wash and dry. They do not include the absorbent pads. Women's feminine napkin works perfectly and attach with the adhesive strip. You decide how thick of absorbent pad you need for your dog. Designed of soft polyester blend fabric. We choose grade-A materials to increase your pet's comfort and acceptance, without "hard" or uncomfortable texture. Our diapers are created of breathable and soft fabric. It is economical and environmentally friendly unlike a disposable diaper. They make great gifts, and create a pleasant life for your pet. These straps have elastic, but dog's that are too long or have large chests may NOT FIT! If you are between two sizes or your dog has long hair, order the next size larger. XX-Small: Waist 8" - 10", Length up to 9"

X-Small: Waist 9" - 11", Length up to 10" 

Small: Waist 10" - 12", Length up to 11"   

Medium: Waist 12" - 16", Length up to 13" 

Large: Waist 14" - 17", Length up to 14"  

X-Large: Waist 15" - 20", Length up to 16"  

WAIST is measured directly in front of hind legs.

LENGTH is from neck to base of the tail.

Please measure your pet and compare to the chart provided as each brand and style of pet clothing has its own sizing system. One brand size M can very well be another brand size XL!
